I listen to a lot of podcasts. I actually prefer--and find it super relaxing--listening to a podcast over listening to music. Probably something about the steady, droning of voices. While I have a heavy rotation of all different types of podcasts covering a variety of topics, I really love an uplifting, self-care minded podcast to brighten up my day. Here's three podcasts I'm tuning in to regularly.
BFFs Stephanie Simbari and Elizabeth Kott don't hold back and when it comes to the latest health trend they are all in. Covering a wide range of topics from astrology to marijuana lubricants to kombucha, this podcast is my go to when I want to know anything and everything about wellness. I love the candidness of the hosts and would gladly listen to this podcast everyday( but am happy just to tune in once a week).
Caroline offers really insightful interviews with great guests, including the That's So Retrograde girls, Gaby from What's Gaby Cooking, and Elissa Goodman. I greatly appreciate her honesty with her own self-care struggles. Caroline also has a line of candles which I can't wait to try soon!
If you haven't read The Happiness Project, get a copy today! The Happier podcast is an extension of the book and also includes Gretchen's sister, Elizabeth. This podcast focuses on small things you can do every day to live a happier life. I love listening to this podcast when I need to step back and evaluate or bring myself out of a rut.
Claire and Erica cover many things on their podcast including a ton of wellness topics. Past episodes have covered DIY skincare and organic tampons. Since this isn't specifically a health-minded podcast, it offers a little more perspective when it comes to those more out there trends (see Episode 44)
